We’re trying to make HH online netplay as bulletproof as possible now, we could use your help with testing!
General:
- Button mapping: To avoid accidental double taps, added a 8F cooldown when mapping buttons
- Netplay: Loading into match adjustments. Getting from character select to the start of round 1 seems more consistent now.
- Replay mode is currently broken
Universal:
- Fixed a bug with microdashes where buttons would get eaten up during the first 3 or so frames of a run
- Affects anyone other than Oga, Kanata and Suicopath
- More responsive airdash: Airdash now halts air vertical momentum immediately, instead of 3 frames later, will cause more teleporting during online rollbacks
- Minimum instant air dash height decreased
Subaru:
- jC’s hitbox shifted upwards
- Fixed a bug where assist subaru and subaru would interchange 236A and 5DD projectiles
Mio:
- Switched from 2A > 5A to 5A > 2A
- Added 2C > 3C is a new chain
- 2C launches slightly farther away and slightly higher
- Many of Mio’s attacks have traded base damage for higher min damage (i.e. 2C, 3C, 6C)
- Mio’s forward air throw’s base damage 50 > 20
- 623X Card throw is assist cancel OK
Hato:
- Hato B min damage 10 > 9
- Hato C hitstun 10 > 12
- Hato C min damage 0 > 2 per hit
- Hato 236]C[ first hit base damage 70 > 60
Oga:
- Slightly buffed Min damage of: jC, j2C, 5C
- Raised base damage of jC to the same as jB
- Overhaul changes to air special moves
- Added j236X jump cancel
- Added j214X > j236X chain
- Added j236 A B C rekka chain
- Ground 236A now
(Little) Suisei:
- Suisei can airdash cancel air normals including 5B
- Suisei’s 5B kara cancels are now ground kara cancels instead of air kara cancels
- 5B kara into A+B dash would be 1 frame of airdash, then 6A
- j6B jump cancel added
- j6B meter gain increased
- Suisei normals’ base damage traded for higher min damage
(Big) Suicopath:
- 63214A damage and min damage greatly reduced, hitstun slightly reduced
Assist Subaru:
- Star balls can now be enhanced by attacking them
Assist Oga:
- Overhaul
- Jumping attacks hit mid now
- j5D is now multi-hitting
Assist Sana:
- 2D piloting stance is faster horizontally
- Sana’s exit recovery is reduced to the normal 30 frames
